let the universe flirt

let the electronics send signs of life out past the ozone layer
let serendipity crystalize crashed palaces with cash foundations
let eye contact act like a cushion against the mountain sliding
The universe flirts and we raise our skirts

let the stain of bitter grapes be the contrast for light radiating its spectrum
let the long weekend maintain its longing for the love that never came easy
let circles form and the energy transform
The universe flirts and we raise our skirts

let altars to the here and now catch the next nexus to destiny
let slices of the celestial stray a wave length away from the cloudiness
let the ripe fruit feed as it falls
The universe flirts and we raise our skirts.

let the bloom subvert
The universe flirts as we raise our skirts
