Maybe mass hypnotism wouldn't work

Mad dogs and the English language barking and howling and opening fences without defences except for  pathetic fourth generation tactics.
In other words they will never surrender, they have a hold of some concept of honour that allows them to live through the horror.

The obvious question is how to mass hypnotize the button pushing brainy types as well as the more emotional types who know how to follow orders.
